Resource Developer

Full Time, Fixed Term – 12 months

We are looking for a qualified VET practitioner to work within the Training Resources team.

The Role

  • Write, review and/or edit high quality assessment tools and other learning material across a range of Training Packages, and report to the Training Resources Manager.
  • Develop suitable assessment and learning materials for both f2f and online delivery working within well-defined timeframes.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience writing compliant assessment and learning material
  • Sound understanding of the VET system and requirements
  • A current TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience as a trainer
  • An excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work to timeframes.
  • Demonstrated writing experience, including advanced MS Word skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

It is preferred that applicants have:

  • TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design and Development, TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or equivalent
  • Experience working with a LMS in:
    • Content development, including use of authoring tools
    • Administration

The job will be based in Geelong but may require travel throughout the Greater Geelong Region and Melbourne as a part of the role.

Student Enrolment Administration Coordinator

With one of our star employees moving off to the sunshine state creating a vacancy, we currently have an exciting opportunity on offer for a passionate and experienced Enrolment Administration Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for a mature, self-motivated team player to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Enrolment Administration team of employees in supporting the Business Development function, providing a work environment that engages positive energy, creativity and team culture and provide effective methods that direct the team to be more productive in its business operations and goals.

The Role

  • Supervise and coordinate Enrolment Administration Officers to meet their allocated job tasks and position descriptions fostering performance excellence in the student enrolment process.
  • Coordinate program enrolment administration and data entry into the student management system to meet timetable schedules and produce relevant weekly reports to monitor deadlines and effectiveness

Key Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office reception and administration.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or sound understanding of the VET system and current requirements.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work to time frames.
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or evidence of team leading experience equal to the qualification.
  • Demonstrated Student Management System (VETtrak) experience

Heavy Vehicle Licensing

2 x Full Time Trainers

If you are seeking employment in the Training arena, who can deliver training in an engaging and positive way leaving an impression on the students, then please apply! You will be required to facilitate Driver Training as per training and assessment strategies within AGB Training modules, within the Transport and Logistics Industry.

At a minimum you will be required to have:

Essential:

  • Must have Non Synchromesh experience
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate III in Driver Operations (Licensing Units)
  • Must have experience of Driver Training up to Heavy Combination
  • Current Drivers Licence

Desirable:

  • Have previous experience with Vic Roads approval training
  • Sound knowledge of Road craft/Road rules
  • Good customer Service skills
  • At least 2-5 years experience in Driver Training
  • Have experience of driver training up to Multi Combination
  • Recent Police check
