Training and Compliance Manager

We are excited to be advertising for a passionate and experienced Training and Compliance Manager to join our team at our head office in South Geelong.

 

The Role:

  • Manage our Compliance and Vocational Resources Development Teams
  • Main point of contact for external auditing bodies
  • Ensure all proposed Marketing standards, Scope extensions and Tender requirements are compiled within the company’s policy and procedures

 

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. Diploma in Quality Auditing
  2. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  3. Minimum 2 years’ experience working  in a registered training organisation
  4. Demonstrated Compliance to Standards:-

 Must have:

  • AQF
  • ASQA
  • ESOS
  • Skills First

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Development team employees and approved Partnerships Business Development.
  • Provide a work environment that engages positive energy, creativity and team culture among employees, and deliver effective methods.

  1. Diploma of Marketing or equivalent experience

Chief Executive Officer – CEO

With our existing CEO stepping into a new role we are excited to be seeking a new CEO who is innovative and driven to reach new height.

 

The Role:

  • Makes  recommendations to the Board on significant strategic initiatives concerns and assists the Board in the ongoing development, implementation and achievement of the company’s strategic plan
  • Provide leadership and direction for the management and integrity.
  • Provides leadership in the development, implementation, monitoring  and review of the strategic direction.
  • Oversee sound financial and resource management off, by the implementation of the financial practices developed with the CFO.
  • Ensures the organisation develops, maintains and monitors HR and Work Health and Safety policies, practises, procedures, and records in accordance with best practice and all current laws and regulations.
  • Represent the interests in the media in dealings with the public, community and business groups, and serve as the primary spokesperson.
  • Liaise with funding bodies on matters associated with funding obligations, service delivery and development.

 

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. Graduate Diploma/Graduate Diploma of Management or Undergraduate Degree in Management, Business or Commerce or equivalent experience.
  2. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (minimum).
  3. Minimum of 5 years extensive experience working at the executive or senior management level within an RTO.
  4. Meet the RTO’s “Fit  and   Proper   Person” requirements.
  5. Working with Children Check.
